「Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in our room during our stay. We reported this to the hotel, but we were not moved to another room. A cleaner came and killed the cockroach in front of us, and we were told that it was “normal,” which we found very concerning. 「Room was double booked so they gave us a smaller room and put a foldable bed in the remaining floor space. Next day hxanged room to a good size room. The day after made us move again because someone else booked thst room. Didnt feel like a holiday with the constant moving out of rooms. The fridge also didnt work in one of the rooms.」
