「Friendly, helpful staff. Room clean, best bed I slept in, soft mattress. Big free breakfast selection in buffet. Elevator was a nice bonus, so no steps to climb. Indoor pool looked nice but not heated in April so a bit cold. When I booked the location the map showed Kuti was on the lake but it is several blocks inland so I was disappointed and pointed that out to them which they now corrected the map location. But we had an amazing mountain view which was even better! Highly recommended.」

「外の音がまる聞こえで夜中まで騒ぐお客がおり、リゾート感がなくがっかりでした。 チェックアウト時にホテル側が申し出れば部屋の交換をしますと言ってくれましたがホテルとしても防音対策を考えて欲しいと思います。又部屋の中に蚊がおり、睡眠が出来ず困りました。レークサイドに位置するホテルとしては、蚊対策を考えられる考えられる良いかと思いますが？」

「Was happy to see some creature comforts here as it was newly renovated in the last year, I was treated like a princess here… Shiva was my host manager & was always present for help with hot water which takes some patience but it worked really well for a long time; Shiva also helped with driving me downtown to help rent a scooter, to a meditation course up in Bakunde & the airport!
