「We had a great 2 night stay in late March. The place is close to the Acadia campus to visit our daughter and close to the downtown core for easy strolls. We enjoyed the large hot tub and never lacked for hot water. We had some cold mornings and the small electric fireplace quickly took out the chill. Highly recommend!」

「Everything was great except having to book breakfast the night before. Would of liked to have the option to order breakfast in the morning.」

「Excellent location close to town. Also very roomy, Property could use a coat of paint and more serious cleaning. Dust was all over the headboard, spider webs were behind the headboard. TV was tedious to obtain and nothing to watch unless you had your own accounts that you could access. The remote for the window blinds were so small, they were almost unreadable and difficult to adjust. There were no remotes or controls for the "adjustable" bed, that we could find. There were also two curious...

「The breakfast that was offered for purchase was exceptional.」

「This was our 2nd stay which we greatly enjoyed. Great property with close proximity to Wolfville and ACADIA university.」

「The country suite of the Gingerbread House is the perfect place to relax and unwind. A nice walk into town for good food (definitely try Paddy's pub) and a patio. Loved the hot tub after a day of hiking the amazing trails the Bay of Fundy has to offer. Wish we had time to take advantage of the fireplace area. The only issue which could be easily remedied are the pillows which were as thin as could be. I'd definitely bring my own. Other than that a great place!!」

「We were welcomed by the owner, given our room key and asked what breakfast sitting we would prefer. The room was overlooking the Digby harbour. The room itself was nicely decorated, extra pillows and blankets were in the closet. The breakfast was wonderful, crepes, fresh fruit, and bacon with juice, tea and coffee. The dining room was beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you」

「Great location to walk into town, but off the main road. Charming old Victorian. Lovely large room with brand new bathroom and big shower. Covered porch with view of the water. Charming dining room for breakfast and a nice selection of food. Lively pub next door for dinner (but not noisy).」

「The hosts were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great.」
