"The apartment we were originally given had a staircase we didn’t want to climb, as we are both in our eighties. Staff quickly arranged another one for us without any bother. Although a bit noisy, as on the street side, we loved the apartment. It is next door to the gym, but no one used it while we were there. Suppose it might be noisy during the week. Location was perfect. We walked everywhere. 13 minutes to a wonderful restaurant for dinner (Jana), with a lovely walk back along the river. 160 metres to a great cafe for breakfast (Autumn Rooms). There are so many great places to eat very close by. Nice friendly staff. "

Bathroom is poorly designed, towels dingy, very little water pressure in shower, almost no amenities, very limited room service, tight covered parking, parking level foyer reeked of urine. Did not use laundry service - found a laundromat close by instead. "

The delays were ridiculous and the staff attempted to explain the situation on basis that lift "could not" be fixed: I bet you it was fixed soon after when the rates were lower."
