Nestled in the lower Water Hill neighborhood, our 1890 charmer is just 2 blocks from Main Street, Downtown Ann Arbor, the University of Michigan campus is within a 20 minute walk, and the football stadium is only about 1.6 miles away (~30 minutes walking). Everything at your fingertips here! Conveniently close to grocery stores, highway, public transport, multiple parks, the Huron River, and more. We loved staying at this sweet Ann Arbor house! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we really appreciated the deck and beautiful garden. Lots of places for us to all hang out together. The location was great- an easy walk to campus and old haunts from our collegiate youth.

plenty of space for everyone. it even has a kids play room with toys (great for when my grandson came to visit). Lovely garden.

Great house to nearby U of M and Main Street A2. Would highly recommend and good parking space in back, end of driveway. We drove to move in my daughter to college and had a XL SUV. No issues. We also walked a lot to main campus, Main St restaurants and shops as well as touring the entire area. Very safe and quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
