Nothing was too much trouble and although it was very busy that particular weekend, due to a few pre Christmas parties, the staff, especially in the bar / diner and main reception were very attentive and friendly. She organised for our room to be cleaned so we could check in early which we really appreciated. The room was perfect for the three of us. Very stylish, clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had lots of food options. Overall, a great hotel. "
