"Das Haus ist in den 70ern stehen geblieben. Fast alles war alt, die Terrasse teilweise morsch, alles roch altbacken und muffig, die Matratzen waren uralt. Die Küchenausstattung war übersichtlich - es gab zum Beispiel nur 3 Teelöffel. Das ganze Haus bedarf einer Grundsanierung innen wie außen. Das es anders geht zeigen andere Häuser im Ferienprk Vorauf. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Chiemgau ist die Lage sehr gut. Check-in, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation waren in Ordnung."

And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. "We did not actually get to stay here due to the hotel being under renovations and didn't have enough rooms for us. The customer service was fantastic though. They already had a "just as good; if not better" nearby hotel room reserved for us. They even had all payments and information already switched over seamlessly. The lobby of the hotel look really nice, and I will definitely keep this on the top of our list for when we return."
