The unique holiday home Moritz is located only a few kilometres from Siegsdorf, in an idyllic park landscape in the countryside.

The quiet accommodation consists of a light-flooded living room, an open, very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1x ground floor and 2x 1st floor each equipped with double beds).

The bathroom with shower is completely renovated.

Up to 6 people can be accommodated in the house.

The equipment also includes WLAN, night storage heaters, board games, satellite TV and radio.

A high chair for children is also available.

Outside, with a view of the forest and meadows, there is a large balcony, a barbecue terrace, garden furniture and sun loungers.

A glass of wine or a delicious local beer on the balcony and meals prepared on the barbecues (charcoal and electric) will round off your days pleasantly.

In the park there is a tennis court as well as mini golf and for the children also a football field. A small pizzeria is also available.

Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés as well as wonderful beer gardens are about 4 kilometres (6 minutes by car) away in Siegsdorf.

It is also worth taking in the many sights in Siegsdorf and the surrounding area.

There are about 20 lakes within a radius of about 30 minutes by car, which invite you to swim or even go boating.

Salzburg is also on the doorstep, approx. 25 min. or also the Ramsau, Berchtesgaden with the Obersalzberg, the

Wikelmoosalm and many, many other wonderful destinations.

You can explore the beautiful Chiemgau region via the many hiking trails and, in winter, the cross-country ski trails.

The car park is about 150 metres away from the house.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Pets are allowed on request for a fee.
