「Overall the property is in a fa tasting location. Dry quiet and peaceful. Easy stroll to beach and main town. Only complaint was there has been perviously some partial flooding internally at ground floor so damp smell in under stair cupboard, blown plaster low level on walls around bathroom door frames blown low level. from water damage. Needs a little TLC as in cosmetic repair.」

「The Villa is lovely and right next to the sea with a picturesque window towards the sea. The accommodation is very comfortable with everything a family could need. The pool is wonderful. A little chilly in mid-October, when we visited but it didn't dampen the enthusiasm of the kids. There is an excellent bakery (Mylonas) steps from the villa, which will cater for breakfast and lunch items. Small supermarkets too. Restaurants are a small stroll away. The only downside was that building works...

「The home was pretty clean and looked like the pictures. My 2 complaints: no hot water in the morning and the communication with the host needs to be better. My original flight ended up being cancelled and I reached out to the host to advise about the change for the check in time and wasn’t changing the reservation. It took her over a week to respond and I had to message her through other sites bc she was not responsive to only tell me that I couldn’t change the reservation. That’s not what I had...

「The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs...
