「There was a slight mix up at the airport regarding transportation to the hotel. The staff exceeded my expectations in making things better than was needed. They not only upgraded my room, they also insisted on giving me the taxi fare. I was happy with the room upgrade.」

「This is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed. It’s a 300 year old Spanish hacienda. Beautiful. Well maintained grounds. Extremely helpful staff. Wonderful, daily breakfast included. All of this said, this is an old building. Do not expect modern amenities like an in room tv, coffee maker or fridge. Do expect an in room wood burning fireplace that the staff lights for you every night. Do expect a very very cool, old bar.
