「We stayed at the property while taking part in a week long training. The house is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and is an easy drive to much of Redding. The property is beautifully landscaped front and back. The house is nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable, and roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of cooking utensils and small appliances. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. We even used the fireplace one of the nights when it was cool. 「We had a wonderful week-long stay and really enjoyed our time at this home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was excellent—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always prompt in getting back to us whenever we had a question. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, and the BBQ was clean and worked perfectly, which made it easy to enjoy some relaxing evenings at the house. 「Location was perfect and the room was very well outfitted. I gave four stars instead of five because the queen bed was very very firm and I think that an easy adjustment of mattress (or adding a queen topper) could make it five star. 」

「My wife and son and I had a pleasant stay. This place is right in the middle of everything. Whiskey town lake was 13min to the entrance and 18min to the actual beach-swim area. Waterworks water park was 12min away which I recommend. Win-River casino about 10 min away which I went one night.
