「My stay started out poorly. Unbeknownst to me, they were charging a $150 deposit upon arrival to ensure the room isn't damaged (college town I suppose). Reluctantly I paid it. They gave me the room key, and the electronic lock on the door was inoperative. After stating my displeasure, they refunded the $150 deposit and gave me another room which was satisfactory. By the condition of the place it looks as though they rent rooms by the hour if you catch my drift. I won't be returning.」
