A cozy, clean and warm house within the Chepu Nature Sanctuary

A refurbished farm house in rural Chiloé. The house is surrounded with forest and tranquil farm land. Only minutes away is the River Chepu and a 10 minute drive takes you to the Pacific Ocean.
There is a wood burning stove to keep you warm at night. The owners of the house live 200 meters away and the next neighbors are at half a kilometer so you´ll have all the privacy that you'd like.
The space
The house was refurbished with recycled materials in line with our sustainable way of living and given a second life to receive family, friends and guests.
The kitchen has a gas stove and in the owner's house there is a wood oven for the guests to use.
2 rooms with each their bathroom and a living room are all for the private use of the guest(s)
Guest access
The complete house is for the guests to use.
The forest and farmland on the property can freely be accessed.
Other things to note
There are no supermarkets in Chepu so groceries have to be done in Ancud.
A small store 4 km away sells some basic food, wine and beer.
