Enjoy a cozy Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, spacious full bath with tub/shower combo, and fast WiFi — all wrapped in a sleek Art Deco design.

The Space:
This thoughtfully designed studio includes:
-Queen-size bed with premium bedding
-Full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, cookware)
-Full bathroom with tub and shower
-Smart TV + high-speed WiFi
-Elegant Art Deco design with modern finishes
-Located on the 3rd floor, stair access only (no elevator)
Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or business stays in the heart of the city.

-Paid parking only (street meters or Diamond Lot)

Guest Access:
You’ll have full private access to the studio. Paid laundry is available on-site (shared). Self-check-in is provided via smart lock. Parking is available via metered street parking or across the street at the Diamond Parking Lot (5th & D).

The Neighborhood:
Anchorage’s historic core is at your doorstep — explore the Anchorage Mushing District, dine at local favorites, or walk to the waterfront. This location offers unbeatable access to downtown attractions, arts venues, and outdoor adventures.

Getting Around:
Most guests enjoy walking to nearby spots, but rideshare, and bike rentals are readily available. Paid parking options include nearby meters and a Diamond Parking lot just across the street.

Other Things to Note:
We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

I love this room for weekend getaways. All the best restaurants are on the same block. Has a kitchen for trips to Costco and red apple and short taxi rides to concerts and events.
