*this building is a triplex. This particular unit is the downstairs unit. It is possible that you may experience noise from the upstairs guests.

*please note that the point of entry will be through the garage. And then into the unit. (There will be 2 doors to access the unit).

*the garage is a shared space- expect the cleaning crew to access the garage in order to turnover the other units on sight.

*there is a shared driveway. We ask that if you have a vehicle, please park on the left side of the driveway.
