Overall, we had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. This was a great hotel in a quieter area of Amsterdam, but within walking distance of the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, and Vondelpark. If we wanted to go further, the bus system was easy to use and the stop was close enough to walk to. A grocery store a few blocks away and a few restaurants made the location even more perfect for our family. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful during our stay and the room was comfortable for my family of five.

This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at The Alfred and will definitely be back again. The staff are great, the rooms are good sized and modern (also thanks for the free upgrade last time!).
