The location was great. Most places of interest are within a 10-20 min walk. The tram is very close and convenient to get around the city. Staff was pleasant and they even upgraded my room upon arrival, to my surprise. The elevator was a bit small and slow but definitely not a deal breaker. Overall, it was a good experience with a convenient location to get around.

Centro di servizio comodo con tutti mezzi se usi per spostare . Non mi trovo molto pulito sembra da tanto che non puliscono tende e copriletto molto vecchio !per un hotel di 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più con tutto .. invece uno po deluso .

The location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to different parts of Amsterdam. The room was very quiet in terms of street noise. However, because it was a connecting room, noise from the adjoining room or corridor could sometimes be heard. Unfortunately, our bed consisted of two single beds pushed together and was made up with two separate single duvets. The staff members we dealt with were excellent throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, but the lack of power sockets was disappointing. There were only two sockets, both located underneath the desk, which made charging electronic devices inconvenient. The shower was good, but there was no lip or barrier to prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor outside the shower area. The hotel lift was very small and extremely slow, although it was functional.

My husband and I stayed for two nights. The staff during check-in and check-out were very polite and welcoming. The room was clean, although the chair had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom was also clean. However, there were no amenities provided apart from towels and an all-in-one shampoo/body wash. The location was perfect — only a 10-minute walk to the main tourist areas, and the tram station was directly in front of the hotel.

The location is very good for tourists because it is on a popular square with lots of restaurants, bars and some shops. We had a little but nice balcony over looking the large square. However the downsides were two things. First the room size was very small and we had to have turns maneuvering around the bed. Secondly the floor was dirty. Our socks and/or feet showed the dirt. Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of choices.

Very central and surprisingly quiet room. But the room was tiny the pictures are misleading to show how tiny the room is. The bed had 2 single matts which kept sleeping and I kept ending up in the middle. Then they demanded 50 euros extra for city tax which should be accounted in the price and additional approx 100 pounds for damage deposit? I still haven't received this back and again this demand should be declared. In summary a very central but below average overpriced hotel. 3 stars maximum.
