Great staff and lounge area. Confortable and clean beds. Affordable and in a very quiet neighborhood, but very accessible to the trams. Right between the stations and easy access to Vondelpark.
Very cozy hotel, for us it was perfect because we needed a room for three adults. We got a room with very comfortable beds and a mini kitchen with all we needed to cook. A store nearby for food and drink supplies. We had a great time and the staff was nice and helpful, all of them but a special mention for Casper.
The hotel was exactly what I was looking for, walking distance to where I wanted to go, convenient to everything. It's not a fancy hotel but it's clean and safe and suited my needs.
This property is in a great location. Lovely neighborhood. Lots of dining options. Our room was spacious but not in great condition. Curtains were falling off the tracks. Terrible smell when we arrived. Bathroom is in rough shape. Limited utensils in the kitchen.

Room was airy, light. Little terrace was great! Plenty of hooks to hang coats/outerwear----could use a few more hangers. Pleasant, cozy lobby/breakfast area.
In room tv didnt work. Lampshades torn, lamps too dim.
Washroom basin spigot flopping around.

Comfortable room, quite small but big enough. Good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Good breakfast included in the price. Very friendly & helpful staff.

It is a friendly, homely hotel, which looks rather tired. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. If narrow, steep stairs are not your thing, this is not the hotel for you. It is convenient to reach on the number 2 tram and is close to the museum quarter. We would definitely stay here again.
To start with the good: The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and my bed was comfortable. The room price is also good for this part of Amsterdam,
Unfortunately there is plenty to disappoint with the hotel. The personnel at reception were unable to correctly issue me with a key card for my room, twice. The entrance area, stairs and landings were not clean, with stained carpets and dirt on the floor. I stayed for 5 nights and not once was my room cleaned, my bed made, my towels changed, or my toiletries refreshed. Although there was a kettle in the room, there was no tea or coffee. The room was mostly clean but there were multiple stains on the walls.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a really nice neighborhood, very walkable and it’s just a short distance to the center of the city. The hotel itself however is way past its prime and needs a renovation. The walls/doors are also super thin and you can hear all of your neighbors.

The staff was great! Very friendly and very helpful! The hotel looks a bit dirty in the upstairs hallways plus the carpet could use a good cleanup. But the lobby/breakfast area all looks super clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.
