It should be more clearly stated that this is a hotel without staff. Also the room was good but it shouldn’t be stated as a deluxe room (which we booked for). It was just a regular style Ibis room. Apart from that it was clean and comfortable.

Het was een kleine maar relaxte kamer. Geen personeel gezien maar alles wat duidelijk, schoon. Precies wat je nodig had. Top dat je binnen de ring ook gratis kan parkeren bij de accommodatie. Top verblijf!

Our room was spacious, nice and clean. The staff helped bring our luggage up since there was no elevator. The restaurant downstairs was highly rated and the food was delicious. Ample free parking was available. The area was beside a park and quiet.

The restaurant was closed for the summer, the Wi-Fi was out and did not work, and there was no staff. If you had a question or an issue you instructed to call another hotel. There was no communication about the restaurant closure or the Wi-Fi issues. The hotel is a long ways away from most things, I would definitely not stay here again.

The room was a bit dusty behind the tv and the bathroom door hinges. Very nice shower and good water pressure and hot water my pillow case had a stain on it and a few stains on the wall. Air conditioning in room was nice too. Some steps to get up to the room all the house in Amsterdam seem to have stairs. Very quiet and big outdoor area

The staff was wonderful and really made our stay special. The room was clean and access to the hotel easy. There is a bus stop right out front making getting downtown easy. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We will return if in Amsterdam again.

This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Far from it. It was a few rooms above an Italian restaurant They were supposed to send me an electronic key this never arrived just a link that didn't work Eventually had to ring a sister hotel as there was no staff at the property. 2 hours afyer trying i got in Room was mice and spacious but up 3 flights of stairs and the beams were so low you had to watch your head all the time. Bed was big bit rock hard mattress

A estadia foi excelente!! Começando pelas instruções fáceis e claras passadas pela equipe. Nuitée agréable, l'établissement est beau. Les employés sont accueillants et très sympathiques, possibilité de laisser les bagages en attendant de récupérer la chambre ou avant de repartir. L'hôtel est éloigné du centre-ville mais il y a un arrêt de bus allant à la gare Centrale juste en face (même la nuit). La chambre est fonctionnelle.

Ett ovanligt hotell då det saknar reception. Det blev svårt när vi anlände för vi hade inte fått någon kod till boxen med nyckelkort. Det löste sig efter ett tag genom ett samtal. Fräscht, stort rum med tillhörande badrum. Extra lång säng, dock för hård för min smak. Det gick att parkera gratis. Bra! Promenadavstånd till centrala Amsterdam. Toppen!
