Location itself is good enough for me to go to main points in Amsterdam. Tram No.2 station is just
3 minutes by walk.
I could accept steep stairs to 3rd floor with help of staff who carried my luggage. But I found that
it was rather difficult to go down stairs with luggage for check-out. I would like the staff to pay attention to each guest on this point.
Room is a little bit small, especially bed is too narrow even for medium size of Japanese.
Also the quality of mat is too soft, probably a little bit old and also not FLAT.
I tried to use electric kettle equipped in the room, but I found some sticky stain on the bottom of kettle that was hard to remove. I had to come down steep stairs to ask staff to clearn it.
I wanted to arrive at airport before 8AM and leave hotel around 6:40 and went to tram stop.
But I found that the first tram was around 7:15 (exacnt time was forgotton). I hope that some
suggestion from hotel staff would be helpful for me. When I checked out, they did not give me
any advice of this matter.
Totally, I cannot help saying that this hotel is lacking professional spirit and attitude to hotel service. I am afraid that they just renovated old apartment to shape of hotel and hire several part-time staff just to watch guest. If they still want to request some value of money from customer, they are requested to consider what is professional service of hotel business.
