"This is not the place to relax. It seemed like a family hotel so when I wanted to check in, the reception area was full of kids running around screaming. At 10pm when I wanted to go back to my room, there was a long queue to the elevator. To the elevator! Because they organize a small hotel event downstairs, many families joined and were going back to their room around the same time. Also wanter stopped running once - and "

"This location is right next to the JR train. It is very convenient for the traveler to connect to the next destination. Breakfast buffet was great."

"The place was clean and very welcoming. We came with 2 kids and it’s quite enough that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Namba station nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. They were quick for requests, like extra pillows we needed and towels. I would book here again next time I go to Osaka and recommend to others looking for a place to stay. "

"We loved our stay here, we traveled with our 10 month old so perfect for families the room was incredibly spacious. Washer and dryer was all in one which is nice. 3 min walk to Namba Yasaka Jinja closet train station is a 10 min walk, 7/11 right across the street, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Defiantly would stay here again and have already recommend to friends and family"
