「Belle maison, parfaite pour nos vacances. Nous sommes une famille de six (quatre enfants). Bien située et propre. À noter : il y a des gens qui vivent au sous-sol, ce qui n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce originale. Nous avons reçu l’adresse et toutes les informations importantes seulement le matin même de notre arrivée, ce qui a été un peu stressant pour nous… Par la suite, la communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente !À ma demande, le propriétaire a même acheté un petit foyer pour...

「It is a brand new basement unit with a private entrance. Well equiped (air con, heating, kitchen...). Very suitable for a family of four. 5 min drive to downtown moncton and Champlain mall (Walmart, superstore, giant tiger). 20 min drive to Shediac which is a very famous touristic spot in summer ( well known for nice beaches and seafood restaurants). This unit is budget wise that offers enjoying nearby beaches without spending money in hotels. The owner is very polite, cheerful and responsive.」

「Nice little place but very noisy. No sound barrier at all. It is a basement suite with young family upstairs. I had to call owner a couple of times as the noise was too much.」
