The good: Our host was very responsive and did her best to resolve issues that arose.The beds were comfortable.The upstairs area is spacious.Good laundry facilitiesThe not so good: Our host is having issues with her cleaning team. The apartment was not ready for our stay. While the bathrooms had been cleaned the rest of the apartment had been ignored or barely touched. Our host did request her cleaner to return to the apartment and some but not all issues were address. I believe that this is likely only a temporary blip but it did sour us.The townhouse feels impersonal. The basics are there but only the basics. Bathroom lighting is poor. Next to impossible to do makeup.
