「This was a great hotel! Check-in was easy and we loved the information and history about the hotel. There is a great coffee shop connected to the hotel. We walked around Americus and did some shopping. The outdoor patio, on the 3rd floor, was amazing for relaxing in the evening.」

「This was my second visit here and both times, staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, courteous and helpful! My room was recently renovated and much better than last visit. Comfy bed. Price was good. Loved the to-order eggs breakfast rather than continental. Locals even hang out here together for coffee! 「Although this place stated they were renovated, I found this to be misleading. The toilet was new, and the tile looked like us was installed by unskilled workers. The shower curtain rod and grab bars were stained and peeling. The walls were dirty, the bedspread was stained, furniture was worn, scratched. We slept in our clothes and coats on top of the bedspread bc we just felt things were not clean. The nightstand lamp did not work. Non of the usb outlets works in any lamp. The microwave oven...
