"Breakfast was good- we had a dog friendly room on the first floor which was perfect - everything was clean and staff very pleasant. They even had a little wine tasting in the evening. "

"The hotel is beautiful and so convenient to downtown Napa. The spa was amazing. Did not love the breakfast/ way too much butter on the food. Maybe some people would love that/ but it was not for me. The rooftop bar was fun and the food and drinks were great. The bathtub in the room was a huge bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Also- the outdoor fireplace in the room ( plus the cozy blanket) were perfect. Overall a 9/10!"

"The breakfast was MUCH better than the usual included breakfasts at this price range. The bathroom and bed were clean. but the room definitely needed some refreshing. Missing texture in the bathroom, living room etc. Stains and paint on the curtains, But the mattress was comfortable and the room was clean. Mixed feelings. I would probably stay here again for a basic one night stay, but probably not for a romantic getaway."

"No hot tub. Was a little disappointed about it. Googled hotels with hot tubes and it said it had a hot tub, it did not. Overall it was very nice."

"Our overall stay was satisfactory. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. However, the hotel fell short of my expectations considering the price compared to other hotels in the same area. The major disappointment was the breakfast. We opted for room service, and it was an absolute disaster. The breakfast sandwich was stale, the egg was overcooked, and the potatoes were overcooked and dehydrated. It was the worst $60.00 I’ve ever spent on breakfast."

"We were enjoying our stay until the checkout morning . The house keeping lady came knock on the door and OPEN the door Twice . It wasn’t even close to the check out time . We felt our privacy was violated. And we need to rush out of the room . For this reason ~ we won’t stay here again ."

"- overnight receptionist was great & welcoming (African American lady) - Room is tired - restroom wallpaper is pealing - tea & coffee in room was very low (1 of each) - Sliding doors to the patio & window is extreme dirty - valet guys were hui g but it took 20 minutes to get my car on Saturday morning. - cleanliness of overall property needs attention. - morning coffee station in lobby was empty & messy."
