「Apartment was clean and furnished with the basics. Living/dining room furniture is not comfortable. Location is terrific, with tram across the street. Host did his best to save a parking spot for us, since parking is at a premium in the area. Unfortunately, we came during a heat wave and the temperature was very uncomfortable as there is no AC. Host immediately approved my purchasing 4 fans which he reimbursed. Host is very accessible, communicative and accommodating, which was very helpful.」

「The hotel has underground parking, but the parking fee is a bit expensive. Although the building is old and there are signs of wear and tear everywhere, and the ventilation fan was quite noisy, overall the stay was still comfortable. One downside was that there was no bathtub plug, and when we asked the front desk, they said they didn’t know about it. Because of this, we couldn’t bathe our newborn daughter, which was disappointing.

「Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. We had been given an access code, but we still could not get into the property. If it had not been for the cleaners who happened to be there and helped us, the whole process would have been even more frustrating.
Once we finally got inside, the room itself was...
