This is a lovely property. We booked a balcony with a retractable awning (with a spiral staircase to the room!) with excellent views of Geneva and the lake. Easy access to the old town, markets and the Lake itself. The room had underfloor heating and the bed had a memory foam mattress (or similar) and had an excellent nights sleep. Only downside was the room itself was a bit tired, but that’s it. Great Staff and the reception area was nearing completion of a modern makeover.

Great hotel.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to the train station and around the corner from Lake Geneva. Walkable to all attractions. The room was a decent size and comfy.

Reception staff were very helpful , good location only 5 minutes from railway station & lake. Our room a hallway smelt a bit musty & also smelt of cigarette smoke. hallway & lift carpets were disgustingly dirty and threadbare. Breakfast was reasonable but didn't realise it would be delivered on a tray to our room each morning rather than have a buffet breakfast room. so had to choose a time for our tray to be delivered each morning, although it was always delivered with a smile.

The room was perfect for our family of five and the front desk was very helpful our entire stay. Our luggage was lost on the way and they were able to supply us with toothbrushes and pointed us in the right direction to get necessities until it arrived.

Great home base in Geneva

Clean room with beautiful view from the deck. It was well located and had a kitchen. Easy walk to/from the train to the airport. Of note, we did have to climb a small, circular set of stairs to get to our room. Not a problem for us, but could be for folks less mobile.

Perfect place to ret up for a few days to recover from jetlag. Clean, comfortable, and perfect location. Most importantly, I can't say enough good things about the staff - front desk was extremely friendly and helpful!

The lady working on reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. Sadly the room itself was terrible. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotten through water damage and the walls were very thin so we could hear other guests throughout the night. The bedroom door was difficult to shut properly, and needed to be slammed shut. Our main bedroom light did not work so we had to use the desk lamp to light the room. The location was good- close to the station and also Lake Geneva. Overall I would not stay here again.

Amazing property located at the heart of Geneva. Train Station (Gare Cornavin) was just 5 minute walk. The property was very clean and the staff super helpful. Would definitely come back to this hotel when I revisit Geneva.
