Sin embargo habiamos solicitado un apartamento con balcón y nos dieron uno en un rincon, el sofá parecía tener pulgas pero con ayuda del staff nos ayudaron a con la limpieza del sofá, por lo demás muy buen servicio.」

「The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! 」

「Hvis man søger fred og ro er hotellet perfekt, idet det ligger 5 km uden for byen. Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf.」
