"A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. "

"An absolute wonderful stay! Kate and Diego are probably the most welcoming hosts you’ll ever meet and made us feel at home from the moment we stepped inside the door. They have a lot of knowledge of the area and all the possible activities, and gave us excellent advice on biking and hiking routes (even checked if we were ok when hiking back from the mountains in a thunder storm!)
