"The hotel stay was very disappointing. We were on our way to our wedding and despite the fact that we told them so, they never congratulated (we were even wearing wedding t-shirts) and gave us a room facing a massive pipe. Terrible. We wished we chosen a different place that would have made more effort to make our wedding trip more special."

"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. "

"We had very poor to non existent wifi in our room on the 3rd floor. We were there for 4 nights and found a lack of storage in the room and washroom. We asked several times how old the building was and its history especially our room on steel stilts. No one seemed to know. The room was hot but we were able to keep the windows open as it was very quiet. We could have used an extra pillow as there was only 1 per be plus 1 extra would recommend this hotel"

"I booked the hotel whilst driving back from Italy to England, so literally half an hour before I arrived. At reception I asked for a table in the restaurant for that evening and was told it was fully booked, it was empty! I came back having been made to eat elsewhere and upon my return the restaurant had just two tables being used. I got a drink from the bar which was very expensive. The room was adequate and clean but cramped. Also the bed was under the eves so the risk of banging your head in...
