"They need to leave the pool open late. We stayed here with a youth group from a church out in California, we did wish the pool could have been open more late only because we had church services all day, when we asked nicely to see if they would give us an extra 15 minutes in the pool the lady said No. I get rules are rules but we weren’t asking for all night. The front desk lady then proceeded to stand in front of the water slide and telling us it was time to go, rudely telling us to get out. The hotel is amazing, but staff needs to be nicer to the people that pay to stay there."
