Our property offers an exclusive and private estate experience, granting you full access to both the 6,000 sq. ft. main residence and the detached guest house. Your arrival is marked by a sprawling gravel roundabout designed for effortless transitions, providing ample space for up to 10 vehicles across the driveway, garage, and covered parking areas.
To preserve the architectural integrity and artisan craftsmanship of the hand-carved front entrance, guests are invited to enter through the private mudroom entrance located conveniently adjacent to the garage.

Our property is situated in Alma, the highest incorporated town in the United States. This exclusive enclave offers a peaceful, high-altitude atmosphere characterized by dramatic 180-degree views of the surrounding peaks and the valley below.
The area is a playground for outdoor enthusiasts. In the summer, you are minutes from world-class hiking at the Kite Lake Trailhead—access point for several of Colorado’s "14ers"—and serene fishing at Montgomery Reservoir. Just a short drive south lies Fairplay, known for its rich mining history and "South Park" heritage, offering local dining and boutique shopping.
Getting Around:
Due to the estate's private mountain location, a vehicle is necessary for travel. We highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle to comfortably navigate the scenic mountain roads and the property’s expansive gravel driveway, particularly during the winter season.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
