「Great experience overall!」

「Place was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive.」

「Absolutely amazing! Perfect for a large family and friends. So comfortable and the views were spectacular! Loved the lower floor. Private, yet very easily part of the whole group. Great for two or extended families.」

「This place was perfect. It was so cozy and well decorated. It was very clean. Quiet location where you could really enjoy the views. Also we saw moose multiple times which was a highlight. The beds were so comfortable. It fit our group very well. The small touches with having things for dogs like dog treats, toys, and beds for them was so thoughtful. We would come here again in a heartbeat.」

「The tiny house had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, measuring cups, cookie sheets, pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee, and filters. Communication was fantastic. The loft bed was very comfy, if you can get up there. I'm under 5 feet, but I'm not sure someone much taller could get there very easily. The main bedroom had an egg carton topper, which I know some people like. There's an outdoor table and chairs where you can look at the mountains or up at the...

「This vacation rental was lovely. It’s perfectly positioned 5 minute drive (or an easy 30-minute walk) to Front Street in Fairplay and 20 minute drive to Breckenridge. The kitchen had everything we needed. The couch and bed were very comfortable. The shower pressure was very nice. The WiFi worked great. The host was very communicative and the check-in/check-out processes were super easy. We loved grilling out and eating on the patio enjoying the view of the ridge. We highly recommend this rental....

「Damir and Ashley were wonderful hosts. They were responsive with any concerns and flexible when one of our kids got sick and allowed us to check out a little later than planned. Colorado wildlife was plentiful, including a fox in the front yard. We had a great family vacation at their property—the perfect distance away from downtown Breck. Thank you!」

「What a special little home! The location was very convenient & the property was so well tailored to renters! Love the hot tub & sauna, plus the beds were super cozy!! I would love to stay here again when I’m back!」

「This property is perfect for a stay in Leadville for a single person, couple or perhaps even a small family. It's great to have all the amenities of home at a price that's better than some of the cheapest hotels in town. The location is super convenient and very close to downtown which was great. A very cozy stay and pretty spacious for a one bedroom. I would 10/10 recommend and will very likely return!」

「Perfect place to stay on Main Street! We absolutely loved staying in this cute cottage. The beds and pillows were comfy and had plenty of room for a couple. We loved sitting on the porch to enjoy our coffee and read! It was so nice to be able to walk to all the shops and gondola nearby. The hot tub was refreshing after a day of hiking and we were thankful this cottage had air conditioning. The heated toilet seat was a fun surprise! We would definitely stay again and our hosts were amazing!」

「Excellent rental from start to finish. They have put alot of thought into each room and the overall property. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.」

「Overall we had a great time. The location was ideal for us. We were able to easily travel to 5 different ski resorts. Summit Luxury's representative, Dan, was very helpful with some technical difficulties we had. Our group really enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool table and shuffleboard. 」
