"Breakfast was not free and more expensive than any of the other nearby restaurants. They didn't even have a complimentary cup of coffee. I forgot how 'bare bones' Courtyard is but I won't forget next time. I did like the walk in shower and water pressure. Beds were too high."

"The lady working the front desk was rude from the get go. Checked in she barely spoke five words and I had to ask her to repeat them. There were (I assume) homeless people sitting at the property and weren’t asked to leave untill late that night, breakfast was moderate/standard, they didn’t clean the entire room and barely restocked the towels, while trying to go up the elevator we were waiting for one of the cleaning lady’s to go and we were told by the staff that the stairs were faster. I will not stay here again."

"Balcony had great views of ocean, easy walk to beach. Room was clean & updated. Perfect for two people but one more person would be ok. Temperature was mild so no AC or heat needed. Too cool for using the pool. We went to House of Blues to see a band, perfectly located. Overall a nice surprise. Would stay again. "

"Views were good. Arrived in room. Sliding glass doors wide open . Sign there saying doors closed at all times. Floor filthy. Feet black from it. Traveled 13 hrs in car to arrive at 830 pm. Got to room to relax. No towels in room. Had to go back down to front desk. Housekeeping gone for night. Couldn't find remote for tv in bedroom. Next morning husband found it under the bed. Bathroom vanity dirty. Resort said had to call Expedia. Call ed"

"Very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful! The resort is beautiful! Only issue was that they held the $250 deposit for almost a week after checkout."

"Room was dirty. Sticky floors and counter tops. Balls of hair in the bathroom. Requested additional towels and wash clothes 2 days prior to our checkout and never received them."
