"It is in a great location near the waterfront, where you can catch the Hop On/Off buses, or the ferries. The whole area is very walkable. It is close to The Cavern, which is a must see if you are a Beatles fan!"

"We honestly could not complain about anything at this hotel. Pleasant and friendly staff. The room was immaculate. We booked single beds because the King rooms were sold out but gratefully received an upgrade to a deluxe king bedded room which was so comfortable which is just what we needed for a good sleep before an early appointment at the hospital next day which is in walking distance. Free parking thrown in so what is not to like Will definitely be back"

"Great hotel, sitting on the edge of Sefton Park. Easy check in even though I was late getting down from Glasgow. Hassan the hotel manager, WhatsApp me my room access key allowing me to go directly to my room without having to worry about the late check in. Plenty of parking spaces and costs £5 for 24 hours, on par with parking in the city. Hassan also upgraded my room to a lovely suit which was very much appreciated, roll top bath, large double shower, and a bed that could sleep a family. Room and bathroom spotless. If im back in the area I would have no hesitation in stopping in this hotel again. A short walk from the hotel there are fabulous restaurants and bars to enjoy an evening out. And then there is the park on your doorstep, well worth a stroll to walk off your dinner."

"This place is exceptional. It has a rich history, having been home to one of the first members of The Beatles and a great friend of John Lennon (Stuart Sutcliff). The place has decorations and memorabilia from the band's beginnings, making it a great place. We had a hotel room on the top floor with vaulted ceilings, which made our stay quite cozy. Next door is Sefton Park, a beautiful place to walk. The hotel is also very close to Lark Lane, a street full of very good restaurants and bars, with very decent prices, exceptional food, and a very youthful vibe. In addition to the hotel's location, we had the opportunity early on the second day to walk to Penny Lane, passing through a very beautiful wooded area. The walk is highly recommended. The breakfast is five-star, with a variety of a la carte options. We ordered the full English both days we were there... the treatment of the desk staff and breakfast was excellent with that warmth that the people of Liverpool have... it is definitely a charming place to which we plan to return. Thank you for making our stay warm and pleasant."
