Corinne and Lucien, winemakers and farmers, invite you to enjoy a cozy stay in their spacious home. Located in a former farmhouse (which also houses a second vacation rental), this cottage can accommodate up to 8 people. The owners have preserved the character and charm of this old farmhouse (exposed beams, stone walls, etc.) to create a home with a cozy, chic country style. Just 10 minutes from Sézanne, 40 km from Épernay, 50 km from Châlons-en-Champagne, and 68 km from Reims. The property consists of two cottages: Le Grand Val 1 and 2. LE GRAND VAL 1: The open-concept kitchen flows into the dining area and is fully equipped. From the kitchen, you have access to the garden and the back patio. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and a working fireplace (firewood provided). There is a first bathroom and a separate toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160), and 1 bedroom with two single beds (90). Separate bathroom and toilet. LE GRAND VAL 2: The first floor of this vacation rental consists of a large living area combining the living room and dining room, a kitchen with an utility room (laundry area), a separate toilet, a bathroom, and a double bedroom with two 90/200 beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180/200 bed). The bedroom, bathroom, and toilet are accessible to guests with limited mobility. On the first floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms, each with two 90/200 beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180/200 bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. To move from one cottage to the other, you must go outside. For your convenience, sheets (beds made upon arrival), linens, and utilities are included in the rental price. The cleaning fee is an additional 160€, and bath linens are an additional 5€ per person.
