「We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year」

「Das Hotel bietet große Zimmer ausgestattet mit allem was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Für Sommer- und Wintersport sind Einrichtungen zur Aufbewahrung des Equipments vorhanden. Der Spa-Bereich ist angenehm kann ggf. aber auch in der Hauptsaison schnell voll werden.Er war in der Zeit meiner Anwesenheit nicht stark besucht. Schöne Wandertouren für jedes Level sind vom Hotel aus einfach zu beginnen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Werde sicher wieder kommen.」

「Me gustó mucho la tienda y sus comodidades. Lo que no me gustó es que tuvimos que contactar con el camping antes de irnos, y nos desviaban a cabo de gata, de ahí a otro tlf y luego nadie lo cogía. La mujer que me atendió por 2 vez, no sabía nada de lo que le preguntaba El contacto nefasto, la información más nefasta y nos fuimos sin haber podido contactar. 「予定より遅く到着したので、残念ながらホテル周辺の様子は分かりませんでした。しかし部屋は広く清潔感があり、ゆっくりくつろぐ事が出来ました。また、朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかったです。１つ問題を挙げるとすれば、駐車場の入り口が見つけにくいことです。車で行かれる方は頑張って探して下さいね。」

" I was very satisfied with this hotel except for the old equipment. I was delighted that the reception staff told me "Thank you" in Japanese. Regarding the room, fridge, hair dryer and bath tub are inside the room. This hotel provides bottled water. I think it's a good service for hiking vistors. I hope the visitors enjoy the spa after the hiking. The pool itself is small, but there are dry sauna and mist sauna. When you use the pool, you ask the staff at the entrance of the spa room. They give you a towel and guide to the dressing room. If you want to use a coin locker, you have to bring a 2euro coin. Don't forget."
