The hotel staff are exceptional and the room spotless, buffet breakfast is good, evening dinner excellent, WiFi fast, and the location in Encamp brilliant with (payable) parking and bus stops outside.

All staff had at least some English and were very helpful. The small rooms are efficiently laid out with desk space and plugs, and a balcony overlooking the town. Modern bath/shower and King size bed. Great location in town, with public transit, shops and dining nearby. Excellent breakfast, and beverages available all day. Great value.

Hotel situado en la parroquia de Encamp, lo suficientente cerca de Andorra la Vella como para llegar en cuestión de minutos y lo suficientemente lejos para escapar de la masificación del centro. Es un hotel bastante antiguo pero al que se ha hecho una actualización muy buena. El personal nos ha atendido de diez, el desayuno variado y abundante y el único pero que lo pongo es al baño de la habitación que quizás no es todo lo cómodo que esperaba, la mámpara de la ducha es insuficiente y a la tapa del inodoro ya le ha llegado el momento de la renovación, no por sucia sino por antigua (este material termina amarilleando con el tiempo y no ofrece buen aspecto), también comentar que no tiene aire acondicionado y desgraciadamente con esta ola de calor que estamos padeciendo y de la que ni Andorra se libra, se echa en falta.

En general muy bien

En general todo muy bien. Habitación para 4 grande y limpia, el único problema que no tenía aire acondicionado y los días que hemos estado ha hecho mucho calor, y la habitación no se refrescaba nunca. El buffet del desayuno muy completo. La cena no es buffet, es carta con 3 primeros, 3 segundos y 3 postres a elegir, y está todo buenísimo. El personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo.
