The Seestern apartment is located on the first floor, is allergy-friendly, and sleeps two people. On the furnished southeast-facing terrace with a parasol or in the garden, you can sunbathe all day, enjoy your breakfast and the fresh air, and relax.
This apartment is laid out as follows: LIVING AREA (one sofa, one armchair, one coffee table, satellite TV, radio, free internet, books), southeast-facing terrace with patio furniture, fully equipped KITCHEN WITH DINING AREA (including a dining table with 2 chairs and a corner bench, dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, cutlery, and pots), BEDROOM with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet, BATHROOM with shower, toilet, towel warmer, sink, mirror cabinet, and hair dryer, as well as a HALLWAY with a small coat rack. The apartment includes a parking space next to the house. You can park your bicycles right outside the door. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
In the village, near the house, you’ll find: a bakery, a farm stand with fresh milk and cheese made on the farm, a café, a bus stop, the West Coast Art Museum, three horseback riding stables (at one of which you can book mudflat and field rides), a large playground, and an electric vehicle charging station.
On the property’s own beach meadow in Utersum, you can breathe in the fresh North Sea air, soak up the sun, and take a refreshing dip in the sea. If you’d like, you can also cast your line at any time at a private fishing pond (about 1 km from the house).



The Dorfschmiede house is situated in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the idyllic Frisian village of Alkersum, in the heart of the island of Föhr. It features 3 vacation apartments (Ankerplatz, Seestern, and Seehund) and can accommodate a total of eight guests. Behind the house lies a large pasture where two ponies, Erwin and Hannes, look forward to your visit and would love to make friends with you or your children. On the property’s own beach meadow in Utersum, you can breathe in the fresh North Sea air, soak up the sun, and take a refreshing dip in the sea. If you’d like, you can also cast your line at any time in a private fishing pond (about 1 km from the house) and go fishing. If you’d like to do some laundry, there’s a laundry room in the building next door with a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee).
