"This is the second time I have stayed here. And I love it. The 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, sitting room and full kitchen really work for us. The transport from the airport was about 25min. Check in was easy but room not available until 3pm. We were still allowed to use facilities and our AI bands worked. Plus points + Room layout Staff Cleanliness Resort Door key on wrist band Daytime entertainment Needs to be improved - Double check screws on all sunbeds around pool. It broke & I really hurt myself. Evening Entertainment Volume of music/microphone around pool to loud. Soft serve ice cream (kids pool) looks nothing like the pictures. Horrible fake taste and really small portions. When having a shower it can take a while for the water to drain away. Booked whole package trip through Expedia but the transfer to/from the hotel caused to much grief."

"I felt I should write a review after reading lots of bad reviews about this hotel, as I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very basic and doesn't have air conditioning but I knew this before booking. My room didn't get a lot of sun and the temperature was fine. It is clean and there were cleaners working all the time. There are a lot of steps in it but I didn't have a problem with that, there is an elevator. All the photos the hotel provides are exactly how it is. There is a lovely view from the pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was basic, as expected but enjoyable due to the lovely views. It is in an elevated position above the old town, so I would usually walk to the town, which isn't far and get an uber back, which was €4. The lady at reception was very pleasant. Overall, I knew what I had booked before I arrived and I didn't expect five star facilities at a two star hotel. Also I was travelling on my own and felt safe. "
