The place is stunning, completely self contained so no need to leave if not wanting to and clean, well maintained, all needs catered for. 50% of residents are returning and we will be in that list in future. 」

「It was suppoused that the use of the spa for children under 12 were 10:30 to 17:30. However, a português familiy with two kids around 5 years entered the spa at 10:00 and started screaming and diving. So I could not relax and I left there quickly. I wonder why the receptionist allow them to enter. I cannot recommend this hotel. 」

「Ich bin nicht der Freund von so großen Hotels aber dieses war wirklich toll. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk mit direktem Meerblick. Der Balkon war ein Traum. Das Zimmer war großzügig und lies keine Wünsche offen. Bett war bequem ,es war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat. Es war sauber umd das Personal war freundlich. Unbedingt an der Rezeption sagen wenn man eine begehbare Dusche will sonst muss man in der Badewanne duschen. Frühstück war in Ordnung, viel Auswahl im...

「I stayed at the same resort in the fall of 2019 and knew exactly what to expect. Rooms were simply decorated, but spacious, clean, with a balcony and a nice view of the marina. It was nice to have a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, a cook top and utensils. Location was very good and so was the included breakfast. We stayed there after the season, in early November, which was reflected in the price and was a good value.」

「When I first looked at the listing I couldn’t believe we could get a two bedroom apt for the price. There had to be a catch! But the room was great, new construction, very clean. The restaurant was close by. The property is close enough you can drive to the beach within 15 min. Great value and customer service! 」

「The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space. 「Beautiful high floor apartment, comfy bed, kitchenette, good linen, great view, spacious bathroom. Everything we needed for a short stay. We were 'upgraded' to prestige on arrival, which was fine - i dont usually like staying in hotel blocks but it was out of season and quiet so was great. I had originally booked an apartment. Pools we didn't use but would have done if it had been rainy, we were lucky with the December weather! All the staff were warm and friendly, we had lunch in the cafeteria...
