We are offering a private home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The main level consists of an open reading area, formal dining room, powder room, open concept kitchen, eating area, family area and outdoor patio area. Access to pool & hot tub (opens 5/28-9/3), and grill area (open all year). Located off of I395 and I495 (20 mins to DC by driving), free shuttle bus Mon-Fri to Van Dorn station (10 mins to station, 30 mins into the city) bus, and mini plaza. Free parking is offered in our driveway.
The space
Our town home is located perfectly within the DMV area. The location makes it assessable to DC, Maryland, and Virginia. You can enjoy site seeing or working in the city during the day and the calmness of our community during the night. The main level includes the formal dining room, eat in area, kitchen, family room with 70” TV (with Netflix & cable), and patio area with an amazing view of the sunset. All the bedrooms are located on the second level.
Guest access
We also offer car rentals through the APP, Turo. It is basically but for cars!
Pool, hot tub, and barbecue area (gas grills) are located right across the street from our town home.
When the entire home is booked you have access to park your car in our private driveway.
If additional parking is needed there is free public street parking offered within the complex, and a public garage that charges $5 per night. Beats the city prices that can range from $12-$22 per night!
Other things to note
Sugar palm Thai restaurant and Panera bread are steps away from the house.
There is also a gas station, Dunkin' Donuts, nail salon and dry cleaners all within steps of the house.
