「First of all, we were not aware that this was a motel the room was very dirty. The furniture was stained. There was a drip behind the toilet. There was a very horrible stain on the desk chair, which looks like someone sat down naked and left skidmarks . I have photos which I provided to the front desk as we checked out. Also, the coffee maker had white dust inside. It was a terrible experience.」
