「The room was very clean and the property area is so quiet. I enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. The front desk staff was so sweet and informative of the happening in Atlanta.」

「I had a very disappointing stay at Clarion Pointe. When I checked into my room, the sheets were visibly dirty and looked like they had not been properly changed. I immediately notified the front desk, but instead of offering a different room or coming to inspect the issue, the manager simply handed me clean sheets and expected me to change them myself. The overall condition of the hotel was poor. The hallways felt extremely muggy and uncomfortable, and there were people loitering outside the...

「There was no microwave or clock in the room. The shower door would not close completely resulting in standing water on the floor. My wife asked the front desk for a moist towelet for her face and they said they had nothing for her. At checkout time the gentleman t the desk never asked how our stay was. I've stayed at many "Hilton" hotels in the past 6 years and received better accommodations.」

「The location is convenient, the hot breakfast choices were different every day, and the coffee bar was open 24hrs. Coffee had a smooth strong flavor. Our room was huge and the beds were comfortable. Soap lotion and conditioner provided on the shower wall. Plenty of hot water! Only problem we encountered was the room keys needed reset on a daily basis . Didn’t coincide with the length of our reservation .」

「The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing.」
