「Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. 「Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable.」

「Extended Stay America Providence に8月30日予約し、レンタカーでホテルに向かいましたが、ナビを使っても、近くのモールで聞いても、詳しい情報が分からず、ホテル近辺のモールからホテルに電話して向かいを依頼したが、受け付けられず、約４時間も掛けたが、見つけられなかった。致しかたなく、Providence　Airport　近くのホテルに1室空きがあり、23時頃チェックインした状況です。9月2日は無事帰国出来ました。もう少し住所の詳しい説明が必要でした。」
