「景色を楽しもうとテラス付きの山側の部屋を予約しましたが、殆ど駐車場で顔を出せば山側といえる程度でした。 一番眺めのよいところはサロンになっていて出入り自由でよい景色ですが、部屋から景色を楽しむという感じではありません。 朝食は宿泊客全員でひとつの丸テーブルを囲みます。客同士会話を楽しむことができれば（少し語学ができれば）よい感じで楽しめるでしょう。 夕暮れの景色を期待していたのですが、雨が降ってしまい天気には勝てないというもののちょっとガッカリでした。 着いた日がかなりの強風で要塞の城壁に登るのはかなり怖くスマホを持って行かれそうな気がしました。充分気をつけて下さい。街を囲む城壁の上を歩いて廻ることができます。」

「バス停から歩いて3-4分ほどです。昼の12時頃に到着しその場でチェックインできたので荷物を置いてエヴォラ観光ができました。城壁内の観光スポットが東寄りなので、そこまではホテルから10分ほど歩きます。朝食は種類の多いバイキングで美味しかったです。」

「Lovely clean hotel not far from the town centre. Friendly welcome our only quibble was the serving staff at breakfast were a bit moody as they were trying to set up for lunch/dinner and we got the distinct impression they wanted us out. Also no decaffeinated on offer but plenty of choice otherwise. 」

「We went a little off-season and not many were there. The place is located in the countryside with lovely surroundings. The inital plan was to go into the little town of Cercal for dinner in elthe evening, but we changed our plans and stayed for dinner at Matinha instead. That was a good decision... the food was very nice and typical rustic traditional Portuguese food. Loved it. Everyone was super helpful and serviceminded. It was a great stay.」

「Except for check-in, when the reception clerk was unable at first to find our reservation, our stay was fine. Another clerk quickly stepped in, discovered the error, and took care of us very well. After that, all went smoothly.」
