This place is the ideal size with lots of room allowing for both friends to gather and folks to get enjoy quiet time. It’s the perfect location with easy access to the lake and downtown evergreen. "This home was just beautiful! We weren't far from the grocery store or other places to shop. There was plenty of room for my family and the view was gorgeous. A few times I had some questions for our Host and she answered very quickly. For the most part the home was clean. There were a few areas that look like they need extra detailing but overall was a great experience for my family. "

"Very small with minimal planning for storage. Bathroom so small you can sit on toilet, brush your teeth and check shower water temp. However, the babbling brook outside, outdoor space, elk wandering by more than made up for the sagging bed. "

"This place is so big, clean, comfortable, and I could just go on and on. All in the description and pictures matches to a 'T'! I loved the deck in the morning with a fresh brewed coffee as I watch some of the local animals (deer, turkeys, chipmunks, etc) wonder by. There are many nice sitting and gaming places to hang out. All the couches and chairs are really comfy. The place is very private, safe and easy to find. Me and my friends had a great time. We will come back with our families. Thank you so much."
