"Facilities were great, staff also go the extra mile. I was shocked to see a martini bar cart come to our room. Management came to check on us twice during our stay and top notch service all around. Location is great if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the downtown tourist areas. "

"This hotel is very centrally located, no shortage of good restaurants and amenities nearby. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and staff are friendly overall. However, the hotel is incredibly loud and I didn’t get a restful night’s sleep once. My room was located on the first floor of the main wing near the stairs. While the renovations look great, there is little soundproofing from the stairwell or between rooms. I could hear showers/faucets being turned on next door or above me, toilets flushing, people talking, and any footsteps in the stairs or hallway felt like they were thundering through my room at all hours. The breakfast room located steps away from my room meant that kitchen noise would wake me up early in the morning (7am). When I requested a room change, I was told other options would have the same noise level or located in the hotel’s separate wing without front desk staff or an elevator. The breakfast was average, but convenient to have on site. Overall, I would not stay here again."

"I was here for business and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool was very cold and the outside area being surrounded by tall buildings meant the sun disappeared quickly early in the evening. Apart from that it was a very lovely stay. "

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. However, the fire alarm when off in the middle of the night due to a technical issue that they weren’t able to resolve for a long time. So we got almost no sleep. We also got no apology or offer of free breakfast or anything to acknowledge the disturbance. I had also sent messages 2x before our stay via the Expedia app with questions and they were never answered. That was disappointing too. "
