- Els Pins es una casa de dos plantas en Port d'Alcúdia, a pocos minutos a pie de la playa de Alcúdia. Ideal para familias o grupos de hasta 5 personas.
En la planta baja se encuentra el salón-comedor con TV vía satélite, una cocina independiente totalmente equipada (horno, microondas, nevera con congelador, placas de cocción, cafetera, hervidor, tostadora y batidora) y un baño con ducha. En la planta superior hay 3 dormitorios con aire acondicionado, dos de ellos con balcón: dos dormitorios con cama doble y uno con cama nido (dos camas individuales). En esta planta hay dos baños más, uno con bañera y otro con ducha. Se incluyen ropa de cama y toallas, y la casa dispone de lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Wifi gratis.
El exterior es privado y está vallado: un porche con terraza cubierta y un patio con tumbonas, dos grandes mesas, ducha exterior y barbacoa, perfecto para desayunar al aire libre o disfrutar de cenas en buena compañía. Aparcamiento gratuito en la propiedad para 1 coche.
La zona ofrece todos los servicios para una estancia independiente y hay una parada de autobús a unos 200 m. Podrás disfrutar de los kilómetros de arena fina de la playa de Alcúdia y de sus deportes acuáticos, o visitar el Parque Natural de s'Albufera, el casco antiguo de Alcúdia, Port de Pollença o Can Picafort.
