「Die Kommunikation mit und Unterstützung von Joan war sehr gut und wir haben die Nähe zum Strand und zu guten Restaurants (Figueret) sowie die gute Ausstattung des Hauses sehr geschätzt. Leider gab es viele Mücken, aber der Gastgeber hat Kerzen usw.zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage war ruhig und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. 」

「Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen und haben das Haus in vollsten Zügen genossen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist top ausgestattet und hat ein tollen großen Garten und Pool, den die Kinder kaum verlassen wollten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber im nächsten Ort Bon-Aire ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten und in weniger als 10 Minuten Autofahrt in Alcudia. Die persönliche vor Ort Betreuung durch Frau Dahl war sensationell, nichts war zu viel, sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns immer gerne und sehr schnell...

「Beautiful house and fantastic location right on the beach」

「Great place to stay. It is bigger than the photos suggest and has loads of space. The agents were helpful and sorted out an airport transfer much cheaper than a standard taxi. There’s no need for a Cara’s you can walk everywhere or take the buses which are cheap and regular. 」

「Disappointing Experience with Property ManagementThis rental is managed entirely by an independent property management agency, not Vrbo, and they enforce their own rules, often conflicting with Vrbo’s policies. Notably, they require a 600 deposit nearly a month before check-in, despite Vrbo stating deposits may be collected at check-in. 600 is not a trivial amount. 「We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

「Traumhaft. Die Finca hat alles, was für einen gelungenen Urlaub vorhanden sein muss. Tolle Lage, super Ausstattung. Die Liebe zum Detail. Man merkt, dass sich die Eigentümer sehr viele Gedanken gemacht haben. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Vom Moskitonetz bis zur Saftpresse, Sonnenschirme für den Strand und auch diverse Luftmatratzen/Spielzeuge für den Pool...es war alles vorhanden. 「Mysigt område och bra läge för en cykel och äventyrs resa. Fin utsikt från balkongen två stora lägenheter som satt ihop med Två mindre kök utan ugn Poolen var halv full med vatten med fräsch. Balkong var rätt små så vi gick ner den långa trappan till polområdet för att äta Dålig lukt från badrummen o en del trasiga krokar. 」
